The background of the patient safety incident is still an important issue for the hospital. The aim is to describe
the implementation ofPatient Centered Care (PCC) according to patients in the hospital. Method This type
of research is a literature review. Electronic journal article sites, namely Google Scholar, PubMed, Science
Direct, and Garuda with the keyword Patient Centered Care (PCC) published in 2010-2020. The results of
ten journal articles were obtained from the results of selection using the JBI Critical Appraisal instrument.
